Tea by using the early spring material in Fengqing area. Technicians were appointed to control the machine in order not to compress the tea brick too tight.  Leaves picked in early spring was smaller but thicker. After a few years oxidation, an attractive fruity flavor was formed. As material in Fengqing, Yunnan is seldom to do the tea brick, its taste changed is different from the teacake.
